The second morning after

Going to the gallery this morning, I was very in touch with my emotions. I kept thinking the sculptures will already be gone. I walked along Annankatu to go from the subway to the gallery, thinking of the yellow star on the map. Many sensations came accross, I tryied to take notes, diverting myself from the weird anticipation I was feeling toward reaching the crossroad with Ratakatu.

So the sculpture was still there. I wonder what kind of encounter(s?) she had. The yellow paper put aside was precisely folded : the wind can’t do that. And I had kinda sewn the map to the left hand so, here again, can’t blame the wind for the change around that.

I took the newspaper with me as I’m in desperate need of material to complete the next piece which involves 2 characters. Considering the help I’m gonna need to set these, That will wait for the openning on thursday.

After droping the materials at the Third Space, I went to check on the other sculpture.

This one is gone. I wonder when that happenned and if there’s a link with the fact that it was set so close to an auction house…

These new pictures and observations are now available here :

The paper maps were updated too, but once again I ask for help : as anyone got a color printer around ? With one sculpture already gone, it’d nice to be easily able to hang the pictures around the map, that’s why the white fabric is so much larger than the map after all !
